What is BidEval?
BidEval is a platform for evaluating technical proposals. It extracts, validates and structures the content of RFI, RFQ and RFP submissions so that offers can be compared side by side instead of read one by one.
What documents can I upload?
PDF proposals, with no limit on how many. Upload is drag and drop, format is validated automatically, and the supplier behind each document is detected without being tagged by hand.
How does the comparison work?
Extracted data lands in a dynamic comparison table with multiple filters, so the same criterion can be read across every supplier at once. The table exports to Excel or CSV for the evaluation record.
Can I ask questions about a proposal in plain language?
Yes. A chat built on retrieval augmented generation answers questions against the uploaded documents, which replaces searching a set of long PDFs for a clause that may be phrased differently in each one.
Which suppliers does it support?
The architecture is extensible to any supplier network. It already covers Tecnicas Reunidas, IDOM, SACYR, EA, SENER, TRESCA and WORLEY.
